摘要
Abstract
Ventral hernia can only be cured through operations. However, it is still a challenge for surgeons to treat the parastomal hernia. Recently, mesh and laparoscopic technique have been widely used in the cure of the parastomal hernia with some progress. But some problems such as recurrence, nonideal stomal function and poor outlooks are still existed. The parastomal hernia repair should not only close the hemia ring, but also rebuild the stomal in situ.关键词
