Semi-Physical Simulation System for CRH3 EMU Auxiliary Converter

Abstract
Based on the analysis on the circuit structure of CRH3 EMU auxiliary converter, the controller Kl and its interface, the adopted simulation method is to analog the contactor on or off using the electromagnetic relay, analog the fuses, main fan M30 and the feedback contact of transformer over-temperature protection using the normally closed switch button. The inverter is adopted to negate IGBT control signal so as to simulate IGBT feedback signal. Two adjustable resistors are set to simulate PT100 temperature sensors at the air intake and outlet of the power module. The main fan M30 is control by regulating the current. Simulation model of the main circuit of the semi-physical simulation system for auxiliary converter is established by adopting the Simulink toolbox of Matlab software. Through the Real-time Windows Target (RTW) module of Matlab software, after model analysis, code conversion, program generation and running the binding files, the executable file of the model is obtained. The executable file is run by such procedures as selecting the external mode, incremental build, connecting the target machine and running, then the controller Kl is opened to make the semi-physical simulation system and controller work together. Visual Basic software is used to develop the man-machine interface of the simulation model. Practice has proved that this system not only can fully meet the design requirements, but also has a higher cost performance. The auxiliary converter semi-physical simulation system has become an important tool for the localization design of the auxiliary converter.关键词
