遭受多重侵害儿童的执行功能
Executive function in poly-victimized children
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the executive function in poly-victimized children. Methods: Using cluster sampling, 793 students were screened by Juvenile Victimization Questionnaire Child Self-Report Version (JVQ), and 64 students were diagnosed as poly-victimized group. Non-victimized group and victimized group were also screened with matched class, age and sex. All these participants took Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), GOSTOP task and Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Self Report Version ( BRIEF-SR). Results: The scores of WMS's "logical memory" were significantly lower in poly-victimized group than in victimized group [(6.4 ± 2.9) vs. (7. 7 ±2. 8), P <0.01 ]. The total scores and subscores of BRIEF-SR were significantly higher in poly-victimized group than in non-victimized group and victimized group [total scores: (136. 7 ± 17. 4) vs. (123. 4 ± 19. 5), (114.1 ± 17. 6), P <0.01 ]. The total scores of JVQ was positively correlated with the total scores and sub-scores of BRIEF-SR (r = 0. 22 - 0.43, P < 0. 01) after controlling intelligence quotient, but not correlated with scores on logical memory. Conclusion: It suggests that poly-victimized children have worse performance on logical memory tasks, and worse ecological executive function than non-victimized and victimized ones.关键词
