NPY、TSH-β、CaBP-28K基因在鸭繁殖期组织中的表达水平分析
The mRNA Expression Level of NPY, TSH-β and CaBP-28K Gene in Reproductive Periods of Duck
摘要
Abstract
In the central nervous tissue and surrounding tissue, the mRNA expression level of NPY, TSH-fi, CaBP-28K of Gaoyou Duck in reproductive period was analyzed by real -time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The result showed thatNPY gene expressed abundantly in hypothalamus which was very significant difference among other tissues (P<0.05), lessly in pituitary and intestines, tracely in ovary, heart, liver, spleen, kidney, pancreas, uterus, pectoral muscle and leg muscle. TSH-{} was expressed abundantly in pituitary and intestines, which was significantly different to the other tissues (P<0.05), CaBP-28K was expressed mostly in intestine, and then ovary, kidney which was significantly different to pituitary (P <0.05), lessly in other tissues. The expression of CaBP -28K gene in HPG showed ovary > pituitary > hypothalamus. The findings of this study would contribute to further developing the expression feature and endocrine mechanism, and directing the Gaoyou duck breeding.关键词
