鸡胚发育过程中胚胎液中几种游离氨基酸的动态变化
Developmental Changes of Several Free Amino Acids in Fetal Fluids of Chickens

Abstract
Seventy-two three-Yellow chicken breeding eggs were used to investigate the developmental change of free aspatic acid, glutamic acid, arginine and leucine concentrations in allantoic and amniotic fluids during breeding egg incubation. The allantoic and amniotic fluids were obtained at 7, 8, 11, 13, 14 and 18 day, and analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The results showed that except on day 8, arginine concentrations were higher than the other three free amino acids in allantoic fluid. The arginine concentration was the lowest on day 13 and the highest on day 18 (P<0.05). The aspatic acid, glutamic acid and leucine concentrations reached the peak value on day 8 (P<0.05). Arginine was the most abundant free amino acids in amniotic fluid and reached the highest value on day 13 (P<0.05). Compared to day 7, the aspatic acid concentration in amniotic fluid was significantly decreased on day 18 (P<0.05), however, the glutamic acid and leucine concentrations were significantly increased (P<0.05). These results suggest that arginine is the most abundant compared to others three amino acids in allantoic and amniotic fluids, which may be related to nutrition and metabolism of chicken embryo development.关键词
