鸡眼草3种不同溶剂提取物对ABTS自由基和羟自由基清除活性的研究
Scavenging Activity of Different Extracts of Kummerowia striata on ABTS Radical and Hydroxyl Radical

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the scavenging activity of 3 extracts of Kummerowia striata on ABTS and hydroxyl free radi-cal. METHODS: The ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate extracts were obtained by cold-extraction, then the total flavonoid content was determined by UV method and their scavenging activities on ABTS and hydroxyl radical were studied. RESULTS: The content of total flavonoid in acetone extract was the highest (131.41 mg·g-1), and it also exhibited the most remarkable scavenging activity on the above two free radicals, with the highest scavenging capacity of 88.79% and 95.81%, respectively. CONCLUSION: All the three extracts of K. Striata have prominent antiradical activity, which possessed the potential to be natural antioxidants.关键词
