摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To study the inclusion technology for the essential oil of Forsythia suspensa in Compound yuxingcao granules using β-cyclodextrin. METHODS: The inclusion technology was optimized with ratio of β-CD to oil, inclusion time, inclu-sion temperature and ratio of water to β-CD as factors using the yield of essential oil and clathration percentage as index. RE-SULTS: The optimal condition: ratio of essential oil to β-CD was 10 mL:80 g; the process lasted for 4 hours at 60 ℃; 8 times of water respect to β-cyclodextrin was added. CONCLUSION: The technology is proved to be simple, feasible and effective to the dis-sipation of avoid active gradients from essential oil.
