Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Biyanling capsule. METHODS: Lonicera japonica, Scutellaria baicalensis and Angelica dahurica in Biyanling capsule were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control. The linear range of chloro-genic acid was 0.108～1.080 μg(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 98.18% (RSD=1.13%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The stan-drd can be used for the quality control of Biyanling capsule.关键词
