Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop the method for the content determination of eucommiol in Eucommia ulmoides. METH-ODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The sample was separated on Chromasail C18(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5μrn) column with metha-nol-water (8:92) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wave-length was set at 210 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of eucommiol was 0.467 6~5.845 0 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recov-ery of 99.04% (RSD=2.16%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, stable, controllable and repeatable, and it could be used for the content determination of encommiol in Eucommia ulmoide.关键词
