Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the quality control of Hibiscus mutabilis. METHODS: Microscopic identi-fication, TLC and HPLC were used to identity H. Mutabilis quantitatively. HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of active component rutin. RESULTS: Microscopic characteristics of H. Mutabilis was distinguishing. TLC spots were clear and well-separated. The linear range of rutin was 0.018 8~0.941 2 μg(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery rate of 97.97% (RSD= 1.97%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The etablished standard can be used to control the quality of//, mutabilis.关键词
