河南省基层医疗卫生机构实施国家基本药物制度情况的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Implementation of National Essential Drug System in Primary Medical Institutions of Henan Province

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of the national essential drug system. METHODS: Questionnaires were designed by us. 100 questionnaires were sent out in 6 pilot health clinics in town and townships to understand the problems and improvement suggestions. RESULTS: 83 valid questionnaires were collected; statistical result showed that some primary medical staff lacked the understanding of essential drugs system and policies, the essential drugs in the national list didn't meet the clinical needs and the supply of the essential drugs couldn' t be guaranteed. All of them influenced the use of essential drugs in primary medical institution. CONCLUSION: The smooth implementation of national essential drug system requires the publicity of the knowledge and policies of essential drugs, the suitable supplement of necessary drugs in supplement list of essential drugs, formulate standard clinical pathway and guideline and supply guarantee of essential drugs.关键词
