肾移植患者用药依从性及其影响因素的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Medication Compliance and Influencing Factors in Patients Underwent Transplantation

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the main influential factors of medication compliance in patients after renal transplantation, and to provide reference for the development of pharmaceutical care for this type of patients. METHODS: Questionnaires were designed according to foreign and domestic literatures. Post-transplantation patients at return visit in Qianfoshan Hospital were investigated with questionnaires and interviewed to understand requirements of pharmaceutical care; then the patients were divided into medication compliance group and non-compliance group according to medication compliance scores of questionnaire. Chi-square test, t-test and Logistic regression analysis were used to study influential factors of medication compliance in patients after renal transplantation. RESULTS: Of total 55 patient, ratio of medication noncompliance was 50.9%, there's no significant difference between 2 groups in sex, occupation, education and medical insurance type (P＞0.05); there was statistical significance between 2 groups in age and renal transplantation knowledge, the time after surgery and knowledge of the safety of drug use (P＜ 0.05); Logistic regression analysis indicated that the time after surgery and knowledge of the safety of drug use were main influencing factors of medication compliance. CONCLUSION: The non-compliance generally exist in post-transplantation patients, pharmacists should supply pharmaceutical care for them to improve medication compliance and the survival rate of transplanted kidney.关键词
