Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the rules and characteristics of Shenmai injection-induced anaphylactic shock, and to provide reference for rational use of national essential drugs in the clinic. METHODS: By retrieving relevant domestic pharmaceutical database, the reports of Shenmai injection-induced anaphylactic shock were downloaded, and the relevant data related to anaphylactic shock were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: A total of 23 literatures were retrieved, including 23 cases of Shenmai injection-induced anaphylactic shock. Most of patients were middle-aged and old women with 30 years of age above (15 cases, accounting for 65.22%). All cases were caused by intravenous injection. Most of them occurred at the first medication (20 cases, accounting for 86.96%), and 95.65% (22 cases) appeared within 20 min after intravenous infusion. Clinical manifestations of anaphylactic shock mainly were chest tightness, blood pressure decreasing, difficulty in breathing, pallor, sweating, etc. After active an-ti-anaphylactic shock rescue, all patients returned to normal, with no deaths. Medical staff didn't ask patients medication history and drug allergy history in details before treatment and intravenous injection of Shenmain injection combined with other TCM injection in same bottle. Medical staff didn't pay attention to ADR at the initial treatment stage. Above all were security risks to anaphylactic shock. CONCLUSIONS: Shenmai injection-induced anaphylactic shock is not a rare thing, and clinical medical workers should pay attention to serious ADR caused by Shenmai injection.关键词
