Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of glucose, fructose and sucrose in Shengqi fu-zheng injection, and to provide methods and means for the content determination of carbohydrate component in TCM injection. METHODS: HPLC-RID method was adopted. The separation was performed on Shodex Asahipak NH2P-50 4E column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (75:25) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detector was differential refractive index detector. The injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was kept constant at 40 ℃. RESULTS: The linear ranges were 19.1-127.3 μg(r=0.999 8)for fructose, 15.9~106.5 μg(r=0.999 6) for glucose and 6.5~43.5 μg (r=0.999 6) for sucrose. Average recoveries were 97.3%, 99.2% and 95.6%, and RSD were 4.2%, 4.4% and 5.2%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the quality control of Shengqi fuzheng injection. It provides methods and means for the content determination of carbohydrate component in TCM injection.关键词
