月腺大戟与狼毒大戟对人肝癌细胞BEL-7402体外增殖的影响对比研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Euphorbia ebracteolata vs. Euphorbia fischeriana on the proliferation of human hepatoma carcinoma cell BEL-7402. METHODS: Rats were given E. Ebracteolata^.097,0.485,0.242 5 g-kg"1) and E. Fischeriana (0.05,0.025,0.0125 g-kg~')intragastrically once a day for consecutive 3 days. Blood sample was collected from abdominal .. Aorta of rats after the last administration. Human hepatoma carcinoma cell BEL-7402 was cultured in isolated serum and nutrient solution in vitro. The growth inhibition rate was determined by MTT colorimetric assay and colony-forming test was used for the determination of formation rate of clone. RESULTS: E. Fischeriana inhibited the proliferation of BEL-7402 and the colone formation rate significantly and its effect was positively correlated with drug dosage. E. Ebracteolata had no significant effect on the proliferation of BEL-7402 and the colone formation rate. CONCLUSION: E. Fischeriana has significant inhibition effect on the proliferation of human hepatoma carcinoma cell BEL-7402 and it is superior to E. Ebracteolata.关键词
