摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To separate and purify hydroxysaffl yellow A (HSYA) from Carthamus tinctorius. METHODS: HSYA was separated from C. Tinctorius and purified by using ZTCII as clarifier. The type modet of macroporous resin, separation technology and purification technology were screened with adsorption quantity, adsorption rate and desorption rate as index. RESULTS: X-5 macroporous resin was adopted. The separation technology was as follows: absorptive flow rate of 1 mL-miiT1, the best absorptive pH value of 3, 2% of column volume, 50% ethanol as elution solvent. The purification technology of polyamide resin was as follows: diameter-height ratio of 1:14, 2% of column volume, flow rate of 1.5 mL-min"', ethyl acetate-methanol-3.6% hydrochloric acid (1:3 = 6) as elution solvent, 6 times. The yield of HSYA was 25.63% and the purity of it was 83.65%. CONCLUSION: The technology is cheap and high purity in product. It is effective method to prepare HSYA.
