摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To study the best preparation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres. METHODS: Emulsion chemical cross-linking method for the preparation of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was optimized by orthogonal experiment using gelatin concentration, oil/water ratio and emulsification time as factors with drug-loading amount, encapsulation coefRcency and particle size as index using gelatin as carrier. RESULTS: The optimal formulation technology of Curcumin gelatin microspheres was as follows: the ratio of water to oil was 1 = 5, the concentration of gelatin was 25% and the emulsification time was 30 tnin. CONCLUSION: The formulation technology is stable, feasible and reproducible, and it provides theoretic basis for the further study of Curcumin gelatin microspheres.
