Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of luteolin and apigenin in Scabiosa tschilliensis. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. Phenomenex ODS-Ci?(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 um)column was used with methanol-0.4% H3PO4(59:41) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL-min"'. The column temperature was set at 30 "C and detection wavelength was 345 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of luteolin and apigenin were 0.143-0.857 ug(r=0.999 5) and 0.143-0.855 ug(r= 0.999 6), respectively. The average recoveries were 102.01%(RSD=1.16%,?=6) and 98.87% (RSD=0.80%,?=6), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be used for the content determination of luteolin and apigenin in of S. Tschilliensis.关键词
