Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of kaempferol in Lysimachia fortunei. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. Shimadzu VP-ODS Cis(150 mm><4.6 mm, 5 um) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (42:58) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL'tnuT'. The detection wavelength was set at 370 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of kaempferol ranged from 0.206 2 to 1.031 0 ug(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.67% (RSD=1.24% ,w=6). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied for the quality control of L fortunei.
