Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To guarantee safe and effective drug use of Chinese patent medicine. METHODS: The drug use in 380 outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine was analyzed, and countermeasures for reasonable application of Chinese patent medicine were put forward. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: There are 30 irritional prescriptions, resulting from not enough differentiation of signs, unsuitable usage and dosage, unreasonable compatibility, abuse of nutritions, etc. Clinical application of Chinese patent medicine should respect TCM differentiation thought; only improving professional level of medical staff, establishing and perfecting systems and regulations and strengthening safety supervision, can we reach good aim.关键词
