摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different ways of hemostasis during enucleation for benign ovarian cyst on the postoperative levels of sex hormones. Methods To compare and analyze the changes of estradiol (E2), follicie-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) levels postoperative of two groups,the suture group and electric coagulation group. Results There was no significant difference on the levels of the sex hormones in the suture group pre- and post-operation. However .there was significant difference in group with electric coagulation pre- and post operation at 6 months postoperative period,a decreasing in estrogen,increasing in FSH and LH (P < 0.05) were detected. Conclusion The damage of suture hemostasis to ovarian function was lower than that of electric coagulation at 6 months postoperative period. It is important to protect ovarian function during the operation by using the ways of less injury to ovary.关键词
