缺氧复氧对乳鼠心肌细胞的损伤的研究
Effect of Anoxia/Reoxygenation on the Injury of Rat Myocardial Cells

Abstract
Objective To investigate the injury in rat myocaidial cells under anoxia (A) and the change of neonatal rat myocaidial cells injury under anojria( A)/ reoxygenation( AR) at various time points. Methods The effect of A and A/Ron survival rate of different neonatal rat myocaidial cells at various times was detected by MTT assay and the degree of cell injury under A and A/R at various times was detected by LDH,T-SOD,GSH/GSSG detection kit. Results Compared with the control group,the injury could be detected in A and A/R groups, and the injury stabilized at 1 hour after reoxygenation. Conclusion Neonatal rat myocaidial cells injury under anoxia (A)/ reoxygenation (AR) stabilized at 1 hour after reoxygenation.关键词
