Construction and Identification of Survivin Gene Eukaryotic Expression Vector
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct and identify the pcDNA3.1-Survivin gene eukaryotic expression vector. Methods Total RNA extracted from rat liver was used for amplification of Survivin cDNA by RT-PCR and construction of recombinant pcDNA3.1-Survivin plasmid vector by double digestion with restriction enzymes. Results The recombinant eukaryotic expression vector was confirmed by PCR,enzyme digestion and sequencing methods. Conclusion The pcDNA3.1-Sumvin eukaryotic expression vector has been successfully constructed.关键词
