Abstract
Objective Basing on the pathology of rats with Candida albicans infection through bronchus,we investigate the TLR2 expression and the secretion of IL-10 in lungs of rats,as well as the relationship between them. Methods Rats in immunodeficiency and infection group were injected with 80 mg/kg Hydrocortisone every two days for seven times. Rats in Infected group were injected with 0.2 mL suspension of Candida albicans. Pathological staining was used to detect the severity of the infection. Immunohistochemistry and EL1SA were used to detect the expression of TLR2 and IL-10. Results Level of TLR2 and IL-10 in the infected rats are higher than the control rats,and there' s no correlation between the two indexes. Conclusion The infection of Candida albicans could increase the expression of TLR2 and IL-10 in lung,which may affect the infection.关键词
