胰岛素样生长因子家族成员在早期自然流产中作用的研究
The Study of the Role of Insulin-like Growth Factor Family in the Early Spontaneous Abortion

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of insulin like growth factor family members (IGF) in spontaneous abortion. Methods The Mrna expression of IGF2 gene,insulin like factor receptor 1 (IGF1R) gene and insulin like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP3) gene in the villi of normal embryo (NE) and dysplasia embryo (DE) were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results The expressions of IGF2 gene and IGF1R gene in DE were significantly lower than NE (P < 0.01 ). There was no significant difference between the two groups of villi in the Mrna expressions of IGFBP3 gene (P > 0.05). In NE group, IGF2 Mrna level was positively correlated with the level of IGF1R Mrna(r =0.345,P < 0.01),but not correlated with the level of IGFBP3 Mrna(r =0.22,P =0.292). In DE group,the level of IGF2 Mrna was neither correlated with 1GF1R nor IGFBP3( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The decreased expressions of the members of insulin like growth factor family ,IGF2 gene and IGF1R gene,may be linked to the onset of early spontaneous abortion.关键词
