促红细胞生成素衍生物的神经保护作用综述
Review on the neuroprotective effect of erythropoietin derivatives
摘要
Abstract
Erythropoietin ( EPO ) , as a novel neuroprotective a-gent.if used systemically with a high dose, can cause serious hematopoietic adverse reactions. This article firstly summarizes the fundamental neuroprotective mechanism of EPO and then classifies the EPO derivatives devoid of hematopoietic sideeffects. Next it mainly describes their application in central nervous system diseases for the purpose of scientific understanding in current advance of EPO derivatives development.关键词
