摘要

Abstract

Angiotensin II . the most important active substance of renin-angiotensin system, is one of the vital regulatory factors in cardiovascular system. After binding with its receptor, angiotensin 0 activates complicated signal network and participates in various physiological and pathological progresses. β-arrestins, which are ubiquitously expressed in cardiovascular system, are a family of multi-functions proteins that play a role of negativefeedback regulation of G protein-coupled receptors. This paper reviewed the important roles of β-arrestins in signaling pathway of angiotensin II type 1 ( AT,) receptor induced by angiotensin fl.
