摘要

Abstract

Hydrazine is an important intermediate both in industrial synthetic chemistry and pharmaceutical production. It is also the common metabolite of hydrazine medicine. Hydrazine induces hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity and neurotoxicity, which is a severe health menace to human being. As life science develops , metabonomics can obtain global and comprehensive changes of metabolites, response to toxicity. It has been used for revealing the endogenous metabolites disorder after exogenous hydra-zine stimulation and finding special biological function of potential biomarkers related to hydrazine. This article focuses on the research progress of metabolites related with hydrazine toxicity based on metabonomics in recent years, which would provide I-deas for mechanisms, early discovery and therapy of hydrazine toxicity.
