Abstract
It is crucial to find out the brain specific protein mark - ers for clinical diagnosis and drug mechanism . Human brain is a complex organism, so the single-target, non-dynamic and local method is not suitable for brain research. The development of quantitative proteomics, which is based on the mass spectrum, greatly accelerates the research process. As the accurate quanti -tative method of protein, the stable isotope labeling with aminoacids in cell culture (SILAC) is a system, dynamic technology. It can provide new ideas for the mechanism research and the treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine in encephalop -αthy.关键词
