Research progress of Wnt signaling pathway induced EMT in tumor cells
摘要
Abstract
EMT in tumor cells favors their invasion and migration ( metastasis) , which is critical during the tumor progression. Wnt signaling pathway promotes and regulates many life proces -ses. As an important inducer of EMT, Wnt signaling pathway plays an extremely vital and irreplaceable role in inducing EMT. Meanwhile, EMT can be blocked and reversed with the regula-tion of Wnt signal molecules. It also enhances anti -tumor drugs development from a brand new perspective . This paper reviews the mechanism of Wnt signaling pathway in EMT .关键词
