Abstract
The 30 years development of Chinese medical ethics research, from translation for introduction to introspection and reconstruction, gradually formed a number of representative academic organizations and research institutions. The ethical research issues still focus on; balance of individual rights and group rights; contradiction of procedural justice and essence justice; conflict of local interest and the overall interests; controversy of nationality and universality values; issue research and system construction and so forth. Discuss and exploration on these issues will show the way for Chinese medical ethics research, provide theory and practice foundations for healthcare reform in China.关键词
