摘要
Abstract
We conducted analysis system. Meanwhile exploration of the function and we described the method of static using steps of medical image image analysis, dynamic image analysis and real time image analysis. Discussion on the quality control methods of OLYMPUS fluorescent medical image analysis system. The requirements of tissue sections, slides and specimens was proposed in the process of using image analysis system. Then pay attention to the image for image storage format, and save images in TIFF format. Using the same stained sections and capture images under the same brightness light source when analysis of images to ensure the comparability of gray value. Take the measurement information into electronic datatable to data analysis, statistics and graphics. Output image analysis using mode of statistics, histogram and curve.关键词
