Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese medical industry, it has become imperative to train high-level medical personnel. Graduate education is an important way of training high-level medical students in our country, which ensure to bring about high-quality clinical graduate students. To achieve the target, it is necessary to do the follows：1It is necessary to learn the educational experiences from the Europe, American, Japan as well as other advanced countries to reform the china＇s education system and strengthen the independent clinical postgraduate learning and innovation ability. 2According to the characteristics of Chinese medicine＇ development, it is important to pay close attention to various aspects of scientific research ability of clinical graduate students, and ultimately combine them with clinicalpractice training. 3The building of advisor team is the soul of discipline development as well as the key of the whole education of graduate students. The introduction of competition can promote and strengthen the development of advisors further.关键词
