摘要

Abstract

Objective: This paper applies fault tree analysis into risk analysis of hemodialysis machine waterway failure through the theory and practice to provide the guidance and reference for repairing and maintenance of hemodialysis machine. Methods: Based on the repair and maintenance of hemodialysis machine data of three top three hospitals in Shanghai in 2008, we established the fault tree and conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis for risk analysis of hemodialysis machine. Results: The main reason of hemodialysis machinefailure risks was pump failure and the solenoid valve failure. Conclusion: Application of FTA method can provide reference in preventive maintenance and reducing risk for hemodialysis machine, promoting the expansion of riskmanagement activities for clinical engineers.
