Abstract
Objective： To determine the basic skills of the medical equipment maintenance engineer should possess. Methods： The knowledge which a medical equipment maintenance engineer needs includes physics, chemistry, optics, machine, microelectronics, computer technology, meterage, instrumentation and so on. Results： All these knowledge depends on maintenance practice. The article states the basic skills which the maintenance engineer must grasp. Conclusion： The basic skills of the medical equipment maintenance engineer include welding technique, test method of components, English reading and translation ability, reading schematic diagram ability, dismounting ability, knowledge of maintenance safety and so on.关键词
