Abstract
Objective： To follow the＂patient-centered＂ principle of service, quality management as the core, the establishment of quality control can be traced back in mechanism to realize continuous quality improvement and standardization of nursing in operating room. Methods： The quality of care was checked based on the framework to determine the quality control teams to develop quality control team and quality control responsibilities of the content in operating room. Special managements were checked by special personnel and project quality control,monthly quality control analysis and corrective measures were set up. However, the core part of quality control should be performed by head nurses. Results： The efficiency of quality control and management in operating room was improved, which will help nurses to develop management ability and can promote the formation of a harmonious care team. Conclusion： The use of quality control and safety management in operating room should be widely applied so that quality, efficient, safe and convenient care can be provided for patients.关键词
