Abstract
Objective To establish RP - HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Baicalin and Baicalein in xiaoyan tablets. Methods Using a column packed with Agilent Zorbax SB - Cu18( 250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm);The mobile phase was methanol -0. 1%H3PO4 by gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 277 nm;the flow rate was 0. 9 mL/min, the injection volume was 5 μL, the column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear response of baicalin range from 7.12-213.5μg/mL( r = 1.000 0, n=7); the linear response of baicalein range from 4.55 - 136.5μg/mL( r = 1.000 0, n =7) .The average recovery of baicalin was 98.33% , RSD =0. 8% , n = 6; the average recovery of baicalein was 98. 90% , RSD =0. 7% , n = 6. Conclusion The method is found to be convenient, quick and accurate, and be used for the quality control of Radix Scutellariae in Xiaoyan tablets.关键词
