Abstract
Objective Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determinatione of epigoitrin in Banlangen Granules. Methods The HPLC method was used with the Kromasil C18(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm)and the mobile phase of methanol - wate(15 : 85 ). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 245 nm. Column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear of epigoitrin was 0.010～0. 516μg( r= 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 99.16% with the RSD was 0. 86% (n = 6) . Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the drug.关键词
