Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of postoperative wound surface in anal fistula. Methods 212 cases of anal fistula in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were treated by the thread - drawing technique and randomly divided into two groups. The control group( 100 cases) used the vaseline gauze to cram the wound surface, once dressing change daily,the treatment group(ll2 cases) adopted Kangfuxin gauze to cam the wound surface,once dressing change daily until healing. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 82% in the control group and 95. 5% in the treatment group with statistical difference between them ( P＜0. 05 ). The wound healing time and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, showing statistical difference between the two groups ( P＜0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treating postoperative wound surface of anal fistula is significant with rapid healing and shorter hospital stay and worthy of being clinically promoted.关键词
