The Types and Research Progress of Diabetes Mellitus Animal Models
摘要
Abstract
UP to now,it is still hard to elucidate the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus (DM) fully with the limited current science and technology. As the most direct way to show human s pathogenesis development of DM, the animal models of DM are now widely used in many aspects of medical research. Choosing an appropriate animal model means a lot to the following study of DM. Therefore, this article reviews a number of animal models of DM commonly used according to the articles that have been published both inside country and abroad.关键词
