摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the dissolution determination method for Flucytosine Tablets by UV spectrophotometry. Methods Make sure the dissolution determination method for Flucytosine Tablets by choosing the different method,speed and dissolution solute by UV spectrophotometry. Results According to the second method of Appendix X C in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2010), water of 1000 mL was used as the dissolution solute,kept at (37 ±0. 5)℃ ,the rotation speed was 50r/min and detected by UV spectrophotometry at the wave length of 276 nm. Conclusion This method is simple and easy,which can be used to determine the dissolution of Flucytosine Tablets.关键词
