高效液相色谱法测定妇炎消片中大黄酚和大黄素含量
Determination of Chrysophanol and Emodin of Fuyanxiao Tablets by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Fuyanxiao Tablets. Methods Using HPLC method to determine chrysophanol and emodin content in Fuyanxiao Tablets. C18 column(250 mm x4. 6 mm,5 μm) was adopted; methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid (85 : 15) as the mobile phase detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results Linear range of emodin was 0.038 1-0.476 0 μg/mL,and the average recovery rate was 98. 89% , RSD was 0. 78% ( n = 6). Chrysophanol was linear range of 0. 082 4 - 1. 030 0 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 99. 01% , RSD was 1. 09% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple,feasible and reproeducible. This study provides a method for the quality control of fuyanxiao Tablets.关键词
