摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of quercetin in Lysimachia Granules. Methods HPLC method was used. The column type was Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol -0. 4% phosphorous acid(50 : 50). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 360 nm and column tempreture was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of quercetin was 10. 4 - 104. 0 μg/mL(r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.92% and the RSD was 1.07%(n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used reliably for the quality control of Lysimachia Granules.关键词
