摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore Protective effect of puerarin on activity of SDH and LDH in renal tissue after liver ischemia- reperfusion injury. Methods A model of liver ischemia- repe[fusion injury was established by imitation. 32 healthy rats were randomly divided as following: the control group (the group of sham operation), reperfusion following ischemia 30 min (I/R group). Puerafin prelrealmenl group(PUE group), normal saline prei.rcai.meni. Group(N group ). Liver tissue and renal tissue were detected by HE-staining.SDH and LDH were measured. Results Liver iseheniia/reperfusion induced the remarkable renal cell injury. Eednia and infiltration of inflammatory cells,in liver tissue, as well as nacrosis, were detected by HE-staining. Partly vacuolar degeneration was found in renal morphological changes. Then only mesangial cell edema were detected in PUE group.lhe contents of SDH were significantly decreased between I/R group and control group (P <T 0.05), remarkable increasing in PUR group (P < 0.01), the numbers of LDH were significantly decreased in I/R group, compared with PUE and control group. Conclusion renal tissue injury is formed following the process of liver isebemia/reperfusion injury. The changes of SDH and LDH might be involved into the mechanism of renal cell injury .then Puerafin pretreatment have an protect effect on cardiac insufficiency by increasing SDH and LDH levels.关键词
