黄芪当归配伍对气道变应性炎症大鼠Th1/Th2平衡的影响
Effect of Astragalus and Angelica on Balance of Th1 and Th2 of Airway Allergic Inflammation Rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of Astragalus and Angelica on level of IFN - y and IL-4 in nasal mucosa, lung tissue and the serum of airway allergic inflammation rats, in order to partly show the mechanism of Astragalus and Angelica in treating airway allergic inflammation. Methods Fouty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Astragalus group, Angelica group, compatibility of Astragalus and Angelica group and positive control group. Using the model of airway allergic inflammation rats caused by OVA, the expression of IFN-y and IL-4 in nasal mucosa and lung tissue were observed by immunohistochemical staining method, and the level of IFN- Y and IL-4 in serum by ELISA. Results The expression of IL-4 in nasal mucosa, lung tissue and the level in serum were significantly higher than those in the control group. The expression of IFN- Y in lung tissue and the level in serum were significantly lower than those in the control group. Astragalus depressed the expression of IL-4 in nasal mucosa and the level in serum, and increased the expression of IFN -y in nasal mucosa and the level in serum. Angelica depressed the expression of IL-4 in lung tissue, nasal mucosa and the level in serum. Compatibility of Astragalus and Angelica depressed the expression of IL-4 in nasal mucosa, lung tissue and the level in serum, and increased the expression of IFN- y in lung tissue and the level in serum. Conclusion Compatibility of Astragalus and Angelica may control airway allergic inflammation by adjusting the balance of Thl and Th2.关键词
