盐度突变对青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)鳃Na+/K+-ATPase活性的影响
Effects of Abrupt Variations in Salinity on the Na+/K+-Atpase Activity in Gills of Cyclina sinensis
摘要
Abstract
The difference of Na+/K+-ATPase activity among tissues (gill, foot, mantle and viscera) in Cyclina sinensis at the normal salinity 23 was investigated. Afterwards, the dynamic changes of Na+/K+-ATPase activity in the resulting tissue which had a high value during the normal salinity was focused and detected when C. sinensis suffered an abrupt decrease (from 23 to 16) and increase (from 23 to 36) in salinity. The results showed that Na+/K+-ATPase activity in gills was significantly higher than other three tissues when C. sinensis exposed at normal salinity. After an abrupt decrease in salinity, Na+/K+-ATPase activity in gills didn't present a significant difference in the first 16 days (p>0.05), and it began to increase significantly from the 17th day to the 19th day (p<0.05), and returned to the initial value at the 20th day. While stimulated by an acute elevation of salinity, no significant diversity of Na+/K+-ATPase activity was observed in the first 13 days (p>0.05), and it began to decrease at the 14th day, and reached the nadir at the 15th day. Thereafter, it gradually increased to the initial value in the following time. In conclusion, the response way of Na+/ K+-ATPase activity in the gills of C.sinensis which was under different salinity stress was different, showing increased activity for the low salinity stress, and decreased activity for the high salinity stress. Additionally, and it took C. sinensis a long time to balance its plasma osmolality after a salinity stress.关键词
