丁香油和乙醇混合液对福瑞鲤的麻醉效果
Anesthetic Effect of Clove Oil and Alcohol Mixture on Furui Carp

Abstract
In order to know the effect of the alcohol in the clove oil and alcohol mixture, different volume clove oil and mixture were added in the water directly to prepare anesthetics respectively to study the anesthetic effect on Furui carp. The result showed that on the condition that the volume of clove oil was same, the effect of clove oil with alcohol on Furui carp was better than the effect of clove oil without alcohol on Furui carp when the anesthetic time was 3 minutes, and the volume percent of alcohol that could dissolve clove oil was 70 percent, and the ratio that clove oil was just dissolved in 70 percent alcohol was 1:1.5 when the temperature was 30℃. At the same time, the serum parameters of Furui carp anesthetized by the mixture and clove oil were tested, which showed that the CREA of clove oil group was significant higher than contrast group, but serum parameters of the mixture group had no significant difference with the contrast group. So the alcohol could improve the anesthetic effect of the clove oil and alcohol mixture, and the effect of the clove oil and alcohol mixture on Furui carp was better than clove oil.关键词
