Abstract
Teachers team construction of vocational school is an enduring topic.It is related to development of the discipline of vocational education and the improvement of teaching quality.The thesis will be from the angle of the teachers＇ perspectives in vocational schools.Analysis and discussion in depth will be launched throuth the three dimensions,namely concept,system,input on building a perfect teachers team construction of vocational schools so that it can truly achieve first-class teacher team construction of the long-standing mechanism.关键词
