Abstract

Distance education breaks all the limits of the time, space, capacity of learning, and makes the study of adults more flexible and full of humanness to stimulate adults' efficiency of sharing learning experience and knowledge between each other. But there always are some stumbling blocks in distance education for learners, such as cognitive bias, scarcity of autonomous learning ability, the remarkable contradiction between working and learning, the necessity of improving the efficiency of study, the shortage of interaction and so on.So the relevant coping strategies are appealed for eliminating the obstacles of adults' distance education.
