This paper first expounds the main way of foreign vocational education teacher training, then combs the way of China of "dual-qualification " vocational education teacher training, On this basis, researches on the way of training professionals with practical experience to become vocational teachers, and discusses the support of the required national policies, laws and regulations on the process.关键词
